Construction Updates – May 15, 2014
The team at Sutton Knob has been hard at work putting the finishing touches on the recently renovated upper pond by adding sod, a new footbridge spanning Silver Creek and beautiful hiking trails that lead through The Meadows at Sutton Knob. Work this week has focused on adding a waterfall feature that will link the upper and lower ponds. Work has also continued on grading the area for the community pavilion overlooking Silver Creek and the lower pond, as well as finalizing the shape of the lower pond.
Meanwhile, after completing the foundation, construction work on the first cottage at Cedardale has moved onto framing the floor system with the first walls expected to go up in the next two weeks.
In other news, the revised Master Plan has been completed and pricing on properties at Sutton Knob, including the first two cottages and lots at both the Summit of Sutton Knob and along Cedardale and Hollydale Roads are being finalized.
